Looks can be deceiving especially with the Tahiti bed. At first glance, it appears as though it's made of actual bamboo canes, but upon closer inspection and by touching it, its secret is revealed. This is a metal bed that by its unique finish, named Bamboo, looks amazingly like the real thing. There are castings on the bed which, when painted and highlighted, make the tubes look like segmented bamboo. The West Indies look, so popular in furniture design these days, gives the room an exotic atmosphere, like a tropical breeze blowing in from the veranda.

This Headboard can be purchased with or without the standard engineered frame (to support and connect the headboard to your box spring and mattress). Please be sure to order your headboard in the same size as your mattress.
