The Helix bed has a very austere industrial look. Square tube is used for the frames of the 52â?? HB and 32â?? FB, with a twist in the center of the top rails adding just a touch of whimsy. The round spindles are locked in place as they straddle two square rails with a small dough-boy knob resting over the castings. The design is plain and simple, but striking. The finish is Copper Chrome, an amalgam of copper, silver and black â?" giving the bed the look of unfinished steel from a distance. Itâ??s a great contemporary design.
