Although memory foam mattress, latex or air mattresses are more popular, because they provide much more comfort, some people still prefer Western-style futon mattresses with springs.
If you do choose a spring futon, be sure to pay careful attention to the quality. Natural staple is better for your health than synthetic, so you could opt for natural fiber if available. Do not consider a mattress worse than another simply because it contains fewer coils. More coils does not always translate to more comfort. A fewer amount of large coils may just provide more comfort than 600 or 800 smaller coils.
