This headboard is offered in a variety of sizes, including twin headboard (38 inches x 75 inches), twin headboard with frame (38 inches x 75 inches), and the like. Please be sure to specify the size of your headboard when ordering, and match to the size of your mattress. Some minor assembly is required.
