The Burton Way Bed elevates the traditional wood and metal bed to a new level. Instead of featuring just the common wood post, the Burton Way bed features a slender cherry post with elongated oval finials, and then carries the wood accent along the top and bottom of the metal grills creating continuity and strength in this design concept. Framed by these wood borders, the metal grills feature a lovely traditional scrolled design and an always versatile and durable textured black powder coat finish.

This is a very attractive bed and sturdy for the price. [...] Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the frame is 6 inches longer than my mattress. In a small room, 6 inches inhibits the ability to walk around the bed.
