This bed is amazing, it holds all our camping and outdoor gear out of the way in our small apartment and its built sturdy and looks like a very expensive bed, very comfortable, hard to assemble but worth the trouble!

[...]. I would never buy it. Nothing was simple during assembly. We had to buy tools and screws. The kids constructors set up much better. We consider this deal the worst deal in our life time! PRODUCT IS JUNK!!![...]!!!

Though it was slightly difficult to put together, it took me and my step father less than an hour to put together, counting the huge mistake we made where we had to go back and undo somethings and do it again. The end result is a sturdy, quality bed made of beautiful leather and solid wood. The storage space is great and larger than one imagines. At this price, you would be crazy not to buy this bed. I already [plan on buying 1 more for the guess bedrood and they will never know that they are sleep above all my stored junk! I love it!

The product is great. Great storage. The lift mechanism works properly. It doesn't creak. The problem I had was on the installation as there were incorrect screws in one circumstance. The manufacturer never delivered the correct screws so I had to go out and buy them separately.

I was looking for a modern bed which had hidden storage and was a bit hesitant ordering online without seeing it first. [...] although the bed came unassembled the directions were fairly clear considering how many pieces and parts there are. Once put together the bed is very sturdy, and even better quality than the photos do it justice. Storage is easily accessible because of the hydraulic lifts inside the bed, and you would never know they are there. The bed is perfect with my memory foam mattress. I would recommend [...] the Lucca bed to anyone.

My husband and I love the bed. It is beautiful and has great storage capacity beneath the mattress. I would make the same choice again!

I especially love the storage area underneath. It gives you so much additional space to put things out of site. It's so easy to lift and close. My boyfriend did have a little difficulty assembling it. But he finally worked it out. I was very happy with the price. It was a lot less than with others vendors I researched. This was a very good purchase for me. The only suggestion that I have is, I wish Modus would make matching pieces (dressers w/mirrors, nighstands, armoires, and chests) to go along with it.

Beautiful bed; takes a little time to put together (so be prepared) - but it is well worth it. Storage underneath makes it perfect for a small space or guest bedroom (we got it for a spare room). Love the look - and the quality is wonderful.

Whole experience was good. We are very pleased. Only drawback was the poor fit wit the mattress leaving too many inches all around the mattress.

This is the best invention ever. The bed is beautiful - the chocolate leather is so rich and soft. The best thing about it is all the hidden storage! I've always kept things under my bed hoping the bed skirt would hide them but now they are tucked away, hidden - under the mattress of this platform bed!

This bed is way more than what I expected. The picture does it no justice. I got the king size. It has a really rich look. It's easy to assemble (but it takes more than 1 person). The storage is great. You cannot beat the price for the quality of this bed. I HIGHLY recommend it.

It was a lot to put together, and I am dreading having to take apart if/when I move. But it is well worth it. The leather and stitching are flawless. The frame offers tremendous support, no need for a box spring. The added storage is the kicker. It's why I chose this bed over any other similar products.

This bed surprised me, as it is excellent quality, for not a hefty price. The dark chocolate leather is very soft and perfectly sewn. The entire bed is upholstered in leather or fabric, even in the areas you don't see! I am loving the storage area and have made good use of it. We have a Select Comfort air bed and I was worried the light mattress wouldn't hold down the hydraulics on the flip up storage area, but it worked just fine.

Seriously I love the bed. I had to built it my self. I know how durable and firm this bad is. On the other hand it's also, thanks to the style, very soft and edgeless.

I don't own this bed, but I've inspected it personally in the manufacturer's showroom in North Carolina several times, and picked it myself to offer to you. It is really great quality and the leather is very nice. But - what I really like about it is the storage underneath. If you are anything like my wife and I, you've got tons of blankets and sheets to store (particularly if you live in an urban apartment) - this bed is great for storing stuff - and has an incredible look.
