Very pleased with the solid construction of the bed---difficult to judge from the web site.
Assembly instructions are good.
Assembly definitely needs two people---I did it on my own but it was a struggle!
Slats are slightly different lengths which makes assembly of the second side rail difficult---the shorter slats keep slipping underneath the side rail on either one side or the other--difficult to explain so try for yourself!
Overall so far (just a couple of weeks) very pleased with the purchase.

I love the way this bed looks. It is a little creaky but I believe it is the slats and not the bed. It is the perfect height to put stuff underneath but still low enough for my 18 month old to climb in and out of.

I was a little disappointed by this bed

When I saw this product online I thought it had leather on the headboard (the picture is a little deceiving). When I got it, I discovered it was just wood... very disappointing. Also one of the slats under the bed broke in two and there were no replacement pieces that came with my purchase.

Great Bed overall. We are only using a Mattress and not a boxspring. With only one support down the middle I think we will be getting a boxspring.
