Purchased this for my mother who just moved into assisted living and wanted who bedroom to be just as elegant as it was at home..............this headboard is absolutely gorgeous. The shantung is beautiful. What a wonderful addition this would be for a guest room at such a reasonable price. Definitely recommend this headboard. The only con is it is not 100% sturdy but for adults-it doesn't matter.

The headboard arrived and it looked absolutely beautiful, better than the picture. It really was a great price for a beautiful piece of furniture. It did have a wood smell that was rather offputting. When I went to attach it to my queen sized frame it did not fit, it was too short by 2-3 inches. I am sad that I cannot use it since I planned my whole bedroom redo around this headboard.

The color was not the Khaki I had expected. I thought it'd be more gray/brown but instead it was bronzy looking. The product's looks are fine- it is the company that I bought it from that I am dissappointed in because I emailed explaining the color situation and never heard back from them. It was not a Khaki it was more bronzy looking and made it a nightmare trying to find stuff to coordinate with it.

My husband & I recently purchased our first home. Before we designed each room I would look to home magazines for inspiration. I picked this one up for a fraction of the cost seen by most retailers. It arrived to my door very quickly and was packaged substancially. With my husband focusing on all the larger home renovations I entered the room to essemble this on my own. I was impressed at both how easy it was, and that I could handle it on my own. The headboard is just the perfect piece of sophistication to our room which we now call the "Santos Suites", Santos being our last name. This room can now rival the chic hotels in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The material is very nice. I attached the headboard to the bed frame myself with difficulty. Two people could do it easier. This would not work to well if you have a low height bed. If you have a high bed - perfect.

We did a room makeover for my friend, and this headboard MADE the room. Everyone who saw it wanted one just like it. The fabric is a beautiful creamy white, and the button tufting makes it look so much more expensive than it was, as does the graceful slope at the top. The adjustable height made it a snap to set up at just the right level.
